Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and all in between. At the age of 1 1/2 years old My family and I moved to America. If not due to the dedication of my parents I might not have been here to share the journey with you. Given the chance to live an improved life I wanted to try the best I could to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. My life was set out for me to attend university, find an employment in a company then marry, and purchase the house. That was my ideal of what success looked like. But the reality of life changed my ideas. The money and the status of my job did not make me happy. I felt as if I wasted my life for a paycheck. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I realized that personal training was my passion. I have a love of exercise and enjoy working with people and help them. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. As an Asian female in this industry we are among the few of us. My goal in this industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. When my work was taking off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datethat of losing my mom. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I will remain close to her in my heart. Life really does have a way with giving us exactly what we need even if we are unable to see the lesson at this moment. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways. I truly believe that my mom gave me a second chance to be alive through her passing. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I got my second chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like that I'm alive. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people can relate to my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they're not on their own. And that there is real love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not uncommon. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets, as dying is the only possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
